No one on earth is exempt from problems. Even newborn babies at times enter this life in discomfort. No matter your social status, income, class, or creed, problems will come in some shape or form. What is your reaction when those problems come? It’s easy to become a victim, to ask, “Why me?“ Or, “What have I done to deserve this?”
Problems don’t pick and choose who they go to, but we can choose how we react to them. You can choose to be the victim, or you can choose to see each problem as a testimony in the making. For those who live by faith, it will always be the latter. The Lord Jesus prepared us for everything that we could face when He said this:
“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
Look to Jesus, and instead of asking, “Why?” we should ask, “When will my testimony come?” Keep your eyes on Jesus and do not allow the outward problem to destroy the inner peace that comes through the Lord Jesus.
May the God of the Bible bless you!
