Fatigue is that deep physical exhaustion that comes when your body says, “I need to stop.”

Have you ever noticed how, after a long workout or a game of sports, your body begins to feel weak, your muscles ache, and your energy runs out? Fatigue comes not because you’ve done something wrong but simply because your body has been pushed to its limit.

But it’s not just our bodies that experience this. Our hearts and spirits can grow weary, too. Perhaps you are going through seasons in life where your prayers feel empty. Maybe you’re carrying burdens you were never meant to bear alone, and the trials of life have left you questioning your faith. You may feel far from God or wonder how much longer you can keep going. You’re right now tired, worn down, and spiritually fatigued.

Look at what the scripture says:

“He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength.” (Isaiah 40:29)

What a promise!

When you are exhausted mentally, emotionally, or spiritually, God steps in and gives you the strength you need.

He is not far. His strength is available to you today.

Don’t wait until you feel strong to come back to God. Come as you are, tired, broken, overwhelmed, and let Him be the one who restores your soul.

Come to church. Talk to one of the pastors and ask for prayer.

There is life waiting for you; it is not a life free from hardship but a life filled with God’s power, love, and strength.

Even the strongest athletes need a refuel. In the same way, your spirit needs time with God to be refreshed.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
