What’s the hot topic of today? Maybe the first thing that pops up in your mind is a news headline. Was it something good or bad? Most of the time, it’s bad news! We’ve all heard the saying, “No news is good news.” However, let us change this mindset.

How much time do we waste talking about problems (bad news) and confessing troubles? When we talk about the problems, somehow, we are worshipping the devil! Have you noticed that when you have a headache and go around saying, “I have a headache,” the pain increases? It’s as though confessing it gives it more strength. That’s why it’s not good to confess weakness. I’m not talking about seeking help. Of course, you should always speak up when seeking help. However, other than that, you should talk about the problems only after you have overcome them—as a testimony.

Instead of talking about the problems, we should tell the problems about our God!

We should say to the problem, “My God is the one who opened the Red Sea!” “My God is the one who sent fire from heaven!” “My God is one who transformed water into wine!”

Let us share Good News! Let us follow the example of King David.

“I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will tell of all Your marvelous works.” Psalms 9:1

Don’t confess problems. Instead, confess your victory! This is true faith.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
