To truly understand something, it is always best to start at the beginning. Even as children we learned the basics first; the ABCs if you will, because those were fundamental to our growth. Like everything else, whether starting a new job, project, or a new chapter of life we always start at the beginning.
The word of God also has a beginning. It is the beginning of creation and also the introduction of the biblical faith.
“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.” Genesis 1:1-3
Why was there no form? Does God create anything void or dark? Of course not. However, that darkness was a result of the presence of evil. God hovered over the earth but He sent His light to wipe out that darkness. He provided a solution for darkness.
Perhaps today you are living in darkness. You are facing a situation that makes your life feel dark and burdened. Whether it be in your health, your family, your finances, or internally, you can feel this darkness in your life. Just as God had a solution for the darkness in the beginning, He has a solution for the darkness you are facing.
When confronted using faith, no problem cannot be solved. The light you are looking for has already been created. Where there is light, darkness cannot prevail. God who created the heavens and the Earth speaks life and light over your problem at this moment if you believe.
