Imagine getting into the car to drive. First, you fasten your seatbelt, adjust the mirrors, start the vehicle, shift into gear, and press the accelerator. Suddenly, the car moves backward instead of forward, causing a tremendous accident. That’s exactly what happens when a person has the habit of complaining. Instead of moving forward, they move backward.
Did you know that God will fulfill everything He promised you? Father Abraham is an example for all of us. He longed for a child, and God promised him a son. So, He gave Abraham not only a son but a nation. To move our lives forward, we can enter into a covenant with God, just as Abraham did, and hold onto His promises.
The Bible says: “And God said to Abraham: ‘As for you, you shall keep My covenant, you and your descendants after you throughout their generations.'” (Genesis 17:9)
The more you complain, the worse things get. The secret to a victorious life is not to complain about circumstances but to have a covenant with God. That is what will truly ensure that your life develops totally in all areas.
