When a sower is going to plant a seed to produce crops, he has to carefully observe the seeds. Not every seed is good to plant. Planting bad seeds is a waste of time because they will not sprout, so a farmer takes good care of the seeds and also selects good seeds to sow. He doesn’t go throwing seeds anywhere or anyhow.

Just like to sower is careful with the seed, he works on the ground and he cultivates the land to prepare it and then carefully plants the seed to make sure it will surely grow. With God, it is the same. When you are going to sow a seed like your offering, tithe, sacrifice, etc, you must carefully select what you present, because the Word of God is the soil and your sweat is the seed. It’s not just money, but your sweat, your effort, and it represents your life. So it can not just be anything or done anyhow.

When you sow the seed the way God instructs, He promises:

“ Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” Luke 6:38

Do you want the Lord of the Harvest to give back to you in good measure? Then you need to be careful how you sow. Good seed brings good results, but bad seed brings no results.

May the God of the Bible Bless You
