Do you remember back in the days when you needed help and you used to ask a family member;

Maybe whilst cooking you would call out to your mom to help with a recipe.

For those who have children, you sought help from a friend regarding a good school.

And at many other times you went to someone for guidance on something. Perhaps there was one who was your “go to”. That person who you could count on for almost everything. 

Today the “go to” has been replaced with Google, Siri and the World Wide Web!

Even with most information and help just a touch or click away, we must not forget that the only full proof, never failing “go to” is God! 

King David knew this, and that’s why he always sought the Help of the Lord in his times of trouble.

I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help?

My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.   Psalm 121:1-2

No matter the problems you are facing right now. The Lord is available to help you. You just need to left up your eyes above your problems and focus on the Lord that made Heaven and earth. Seek Him for help, He will never fail you.

Your problem is nothing compared to His majesty and power and He is ready to be your “GO TO.”
