One thing that is extremely important for you to understand is that the Lord Jesus came into this world to destroy the works of the devil. That is why it is written:

“For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:8

Many believe in a God that is only in Heaven. No. God is in Heaven, but He is here for you as well! His desire is that the works of the devil be destroyed. And what are the works of the devil? The works of the devil are the thoughts of suicide, depression, sleepless nights, the addiction problem, panic attacks, sickness, and anything else that destroys your life.

The reason Jesus came to this world, was to destroy these evil works in your life. To set you free and give you a life more abundant. But in order for Him to do that, you have to reject the works of the devil and seek the Spirit of Life. The Holy Spirit.

When the Holy Spirit comes upon you, he removes destruction and gives you peace, joy, happiness, rest, strength, etc. Everything good! And best of all, He gives you power to overcome the works of the devil.

So if you truly want to be delivered, I’m talking completely free… you need to seek the Holy Spirit with all your strength.

This coming Monday, August 6th we will begin the Fast of Daniel for 21 Days, to seek the Holy Spirit and receive this strength to overcome the devil.
