Maybe you have tried everything you know to change your life and turn things around. Your business is tanking, despite all efforts to save it. You can’t seem to get a job, no matter how many applications you put in. You are losing your home, after years of making on time payments. You are struggling to provide for your family, in spite of being a hard worker…

If that is the case, then you are just like the disciples of Jesus. They had tried for the whole night to catch fish and caught nothing. So much so, that Jesus spoke these words to them,

“Children, have you any food?”

And this was their reply,

“No.”

It’s the same as the one that when asked, “do you have money for your rent?” they say, “No”. “Can you afford a new car?”… “No”. “Can you take your family on vacation?”… “No”. “Can you even afford to pay your medical bills”… “No”. There is always a no, because your life is broken.

But look what happened when the disciples heard Jesus voice and obeyed it.

And He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish.

Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken.  John 21: 5-11

After obeying God’s voice, they were able to catch more than what they expected or needed. And that’s what God does for all who obey His voice. You want to catch all the blessing that you need, but you need to obey in order to catch them.

When you obey Him, Jesus will make sure that when you catch what you want, the net will not break (meaning, you will not lose it).

Throw your net (take action) upon Gods voice and watch how great the catch will be for you.

May the God of the Bible bless you
