When you go to an emergency room what do you notice? Many people with different situations: some might have a headache, some might have a chest ache, some might have a limp.

When there is a life threatening situation, all other cases become second place. The person that comes in crying out that they took some poison by mistake will never be sent to the waiting room. All the attention will be focused on saving the life of this person. Why? Because this is a life or death situation!

The prophet Jeremiah had this situation and he said the following:

I called on Your name, O Lord, From the lowest pit. You have heard my voice…”

(Lamentations 3:55-56)

He was inside of the pit… the lowest pit and he said “you have heard my voice “which means that when we call upon the name of the Lord in a critical situation, deep inside of the pit, the Lord hears our voice; regardless of the color of your skin, your race, rich, poor, man or woman…

When you call upon His name He hears you, He answers you and He transforms your life.

Do you have a critical situation? Be the Jeremiah of today, go ahead and cry out to the Lord, for He will hear you and come to your rescue. This is the power of your faith.

May the God of the Bible bless you.
