Do you remember back when you were a child and your parent promised to take you somewhere special and the day finally arrived to go? I’m sure you got yourself dressed so fast, and stood by the door ready to go long before the time to leave the house arrived. You did that because you were excited about the trip and you were ready to leave quickly.

In the same way, God calls us to be ready. Ready for what you may ask? Ready for everything! Ready to use our faith. Ready to take a bold step. Ready to climb the altar. Ready to receive what He has promised to us. He calls us to be ready.

Many years ago, God also told Moses the same thing. Look at what it says in Exodus,

So be ready in the morning, and come up in the morning to Mount Sinai, and present yourself to Me there on the top of the mountain. Exodus 34:2

God told him to be ready, and in the morning he would need to present himself on Mt. Sinai. Are you ready to present yourself to the Lord through your perfect sacrifice? Are you ready to surrender all you have and all you are? Are you ready to accomplish what has been out of reach for you for many years? If you say yes, then just like Moses, you must be ready to climb Mt. Sinai and present yourself before God.

Next month, Men of God representing countries from all over the world will gather together and climb Mt. Sinai to cry out to God for your total transformation. But God needs you to climb first. You climb up, when you place your life on God’s Altar through sacrifice.

Now again I ask, are you ready?

May the God of the Bible bless you
