When you look at a python attacking it’s prey, you will notice that it does not kill it all of a sudden. No, it wraps its body around it, and little by little squeezes it to death.

In the same way, that’s what problems do. They squeeze you little by little until you have no strength and no life left in you. It’s like the scriptures say;

For my soul is full of troubles,
And my life draws near to the grave.
I am counted with those who go down to the pit;
I am like a man who has no strength, Psalm 88:3-4

This scripture describes exactly how many people feel. Even christians, even those who serve inside of churches. This is what depression is all about. Some things make you feel hopeless. But it’s in those moments that a person needs to turn to God with all or their might and all of their strength. You need to surrender all that you are and all that you have in God’s hands and give Him freedom to guide you to a new life.

There is no reason for you to remain powerless, when the Almighty has unlimited power to give you to change your situation. You just need to allow Him to lead you. Ask Him what to do to change this situation, and let him speak to you and guide you. He has a new beginning for those who are willing to obey Him.

May the God of the Bible to Bless You
