You have to stop thinking of yourself as a problematic person. You are not problematic, you are not a bad person, you are not a troublemaker. You are not the black sheep of the family.

Sure, I know they call you names because of your addiction, the unemployment or because of the disease. Maybe they call you a sickly person or a loser. Yes, you may be in jail or prison, but do not accept the idea that you are a prisoner. You have to be free in your mind.

Never say again that, “I am an inmate” or “I am a sick person”. If you confess with your mouth your freedom, you will be free indeed. Your words and thoughts will start to define you little by little, whether they are positive or negative. So you must be extremely careful what you confess and accept.

Some people may think you are crazy when they see your situation and you are speaking the opposite. For example, you are in the hospital for a complication due to a disease and you are steady saying, “I am healthy, I am well!” Sure, they will think you are out of your mind… but this is faith.

Remember, “faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things NOT SEEN”. With faith, you don’t have to see it to believe it, you actually believe it first, in order to see it later.

May the God of the Bible Bless You
