One day a man came to the Lord Jesus who was blind. He had actually been blind his whole life and had never seen the light of day. Now imagine the struggle he faced day after day, living with a problem so great?

The truth is, there are many others these days that are just like that man. They may not be physically blind, but they are facing problems for many years, and have absolutely no solution to the problem. The only difference between them and the man is that he took the opportunity when he heard Jesus was near. He called upon the Lord Jesus with faith that He could change his situation. And when he asked, Jesus replied straight away:

“What do you want Me to do for you?” Mark 10:51

Jesus saw that he was blind of course, but He still asked the question.

Why would Jesus ask a man that was clearly blind, what he wanted? Because that man needed to manifest his faith. By asking, he was showing that he believed that Jesus could give him his sight.

And what about you? How long have you been living with the same problem and just making space for it in your life? Maybe you even told yourself that it’s God’s will for you to have this problem. Well, I can assure you it is not! God doesn’t enjoy seeing anyone suffer. But He does require that you manifest your faith in order to provoke the miracle.

When you ask God, believing that He will answer you… you will receive the answer you are looking for, but you must go to Him with more than just empty talk. Your asking has to be in faith and followed by action. The more you ask and ACT, the more God will show His power in your life.

May the God of the Bible Bless You
